👩‍⚕️ Having the right to healthcare does not always mean being able to actually access it. People living on the margins often face insurmountable logistical, economic, and social barriers, as well as prejudice and discrimination.

🌉 Starting from this issue, and with the intention of addressing it, we launched the “Bridges of Change” project three years ago: where there are barriers, we aim to build bridges, communication channels, and new models of social and healthcare support for the most vulnerable.

🤝 In Bratislava, Slovakia, and in Ljubljana, Slovenia, we opened two health clinics within daytime centers for homeless people. This way, users can access medical care, psychological support, social and administrative assistance, and opportunities for social interaction—all in one place.
