Doctors for Peace is waiting for you
- Volunteer: a fundamental figure who actively participates in the various activities of the association by putting his or her personal skills and attitudes into play.
- Collaborator: in Doctors for the Peace it is possible to carry out internships in the context of different agreements, or participate in the Universal Civil Service.
- Working with us: for professionals who want to apply unsolicited or for open positions.
Doctors for Peace was founded in 2001 as an association of doctors and nurses, but among the volunteers there are now also professionals of the most varied skills, housewives, retirees, young people, university students, and many others! What unites us all is the desire to dedicate some of our time to something worth committing to.
As a Doctors for Peace volunteer, you will be able to support project activities in different areas:
- Healthcare (volunteer dentists and specialist doctors who visit the beneficiaries; accompaniment of the beneficiaries to medical offices; health professionals who support MpP in the execution of health projects, etc.)
- Social (tutoring of needy families; etc.)
- Educational (after-school activities; school counselor; accompaniment of school interviews; etc.)
- Bureaucratic / administrative (accompaniment of beneficiaries for administrative/health regularizations; etc.)
- Events (fundraising activities; setting up information points; communication; etc.)

We welcome volunteers with all kinds of skills and the desire to get involved
Today the team of volunteers is made up of:

At its headquarters in Verona, Doctors for Peace welcomes trainees and young volunteers of the universal civil service.
Internships
As a Doctors for Peace trainee, you will be able to support the activities of the office:

Civil Service
During the civil service with Doctors for Peace, you will be able to learn about the functioning of a volunteer organization, in its different aspects:
