Doctors for Peace ODV is looking for an Administrative Collaborator for its Verona office.Experience in the administrative area, financial resource management, project reporting and economic planning is required. The initial contract will be part-time (vertical/horizontal).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
– Definition and revision of project budgets, in line with the objectives set and the constraints imposed by the funders;
– Drafting of the necessary documentation for any requests for extensions or changes to the funded projects;
– Supervision of purchasing processes, in accordance with regulations and donor directives;
– Drafting of interim and final financial reports of the projects, in compliance with the deadlines and formats required by the funders, with adequate documentary support;
– Planning and management of the reporting process and external audits;
– Cash flow monitoring to ensure project sustainability.
REQUIREMENTS
– Educational qualification consistent with the required skills.
– At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the third sector;
– In-depth knowledge of cost accounting and reporting;
– Skills in planning and management control, with particular focus on budget preparation and cash flow management;
– Knowledge of the reporting and financial management procedures of the main donors (Council of Ministers, EU, private foundations, 8×1000 various, etc.);
– Good command of the English language;
– Good knowledge of accounting software and management tools.
