People living on the margins often face insurmountable logistical, economic, and social barriers, as well as prejudice and discrimination.<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf09 Starting from this issue, and with the intention of addressing it, we launched the <strong>&#8220;Bridges of Change&#8221;<\/strong> project three years ago: where there are barriers, we aim to build bridges, communication channels, and new models of social and healthcare support for the most vulnerable.<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd1d In Bratislava, Slovakia, and in Ljubljana, Slovenia, we opened two health clinics within daytime centers for homeless people.
